BJE Poultry’s broiler program has grown from approximately 30,000 white broilers to nearly 100,000 weekly and will continue to grow to a 200-400k per week program over the next year! 95% of BJE Poultry’s broiler business supports specialty processing plants in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These specialty plants include kosher and halal processing. BJE maintains a small program for red cockerels and pullets that go to the live bird markets in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania!
